Other (Optional): She does not speak using human words, as she is not human nor can she use human languages. She can be moody at times, and sometimes her silence is perceived as arrogance. She will either use sign language, telepathy or her native language if she's not too concerned with being understood.

Ëæísį watched all of this in silence, stirring only when the human entered.

Since she was largly ignored, she never joined when the others started to argue.

When the Crystal queen got up to stop the Toxic king and princess from harming the human, she stood as well, intending to stop the violence one way or another.

She leveled a reproachful look at the others, daring them to stop her.

Telepathically to the human she asks What instinct brought you here?

Arkturus sat back down, the smoke exiting his mask a bit more forcefully as he tried to stifle his frustration. He placed a gloved hand on Necrolai’s shoulder, signaling for her to sit down as well. He whispered to her, some fog hitting her face as he leaned close. The smoke smelled of rosemary and cloves, and was relatively calming.
“…..sit down, kid…..let them handle this…..keep your diplomacy….”

“Why would your kind hate you?”Ahlura asked the human, confused.

She noticed Ëæísį stand and wondered what she was doing. She rarely ever did anything. Why now?

She also noticed Arkturus encouraging Necrolai to sit and inwardly thanked him for that.

Ëæísį stays silent, waiting for the human to answer.

After a bit, she turns and walks to Ahlura.

Toxic Kingdom would like to… ah… make an alliance with Crystal. At another date, of course. she signs. She then turns back to the human, watching it.

Eventually, she starts to get a little impatient, but supresses her annoyance. It wasn't the human's fault, after all.

Ahlura watched Ëæísį approach curiously, then noticed her signing. She considered the offer a moment, a bit surprised. The Crystal and Toxic Kingdoms had been neutrals for ages, and the possibility of an actual alliance was new… but intriguing.

Ahlura nodded, then turned back to the human.

Ëæísį turns back to Ahlura, hearing her nod, then smiles slightly, glad that the Crystal Queen decided to accept.

She turns back to the table and sits down, listening for the human's response.

Arkturus looked at Ëæísį, giving her a short nod of approval. He folded his hands on the table, trying to clear his mind of annoyance.

Personality: Her personality reflects the conditions of the ocean. Some days she's sunny, helpful and cheerful. Others she's stormy, angry and destructive. She has a prejudice against humans, and has been known to kill any and all humans in her domain.
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Appearance: She is a black-haired woman from the waist up, with a tanned, slim figure and blue-green eyes, like the ocean. From the waist down, she has the bottom half of a sea snake, except instead of the usual black-white stripes, she has salmon-like scales, toned in every color of the rainbow.
Outfits: She usually wears a loose, flowing top to protect her modesty. Her bottom half remains uncovered, as Water beings find pride in their oceanic ancestry. Occasionally, like in these councils, she wears sturdy armor, made from volcanic glass that allows for free movement anywhere.
Backstory (Optional): She was born in a time of relative peace, when human raiding parties were scarce. However, in the years since she was born, humans have been getting bolder, and one fateful night a year ago, her parents were killed by a particularly bold raiding party. She was made queen a few months after, and has yet to accept any alliances. However, she has been getting friendly with the other notably anti-human kingdoms. It is suspected that she plans to make an alliance with them, and go to war with humans.

Queen Vann had been watching and listening to the others debate, waiting for a time that she could join the conversation. When the human entered the council room, however, she immediately sat up straight.

"What is a human doing here?" she hisses, aggravated that there was a human in her presence. "How did it find us?"

She gets up and snakes her way towards the human, her armor reflecting back the torchlight, turning her into a vengeant devil. She grabs the human by the jaw and lifts it easily.

"Tell me why I should not kill you here and now." she snarls, her face twisted into a mask of cold fury.

Ëæísį stood again when Vann got up, intending to stop the vengeant woman from killing the human, but didn't make it in time. By the time she reached the human, the Water Queen had already grabbed them by the jaw and lifted them. The only thing that could be done was wait. All knew that today the ocean was particularly violent, and that during these times the Water Queen would not be stopped.

I must ask you to consider your actions carefully, Vann. she says as warning, before going to sit back down at the table.

"I do not care what you have to say about this. Stay out of my way." she snaps, not even turning to look at Ëæísį.

"I asked you why I should not kill you right now, human. Either answer me or you will be subject to an unpleasant death." she scowls, getting very impatient.

Ëæísį does not reply, not wishing to be in the council room any longer. She then gets an idea. She creates an apparition of herself, then simply turns herself invisible and walks away.

Thank all the gods… she thinks, sighing, glad to be out of the stuffy room.
