"hm, I wasn't built to live. Only to survive life." She stood and reached out her hand "let me see."
"hm, I wasn't built to live. Only to survive life." She stood and reached out her hand "let me see."
he raised an eyebrow, "you act as if I've never been burned before. i'm not a child."
"yet here you are being stubborn like one." She grabbed his hand and wrapped them in hers, closing her eyes and chanting a few words
he pulled his hand away, glaring at her.
"that should help," she said weakly, glaring right back at him "if you don't trust me then how come you keep saving me instead of letting them kill me?"
"i have morals, but my trust in a person does not lie within my moral compass."
"a pity, you could gain more allies that way. Ones that are willing to stay." She muttered, slumping against a tree and breathing heavily
"I dont need allies, nor do I want them."
"not yet, but soon." She muttered, trying her best not to go unconscious
"you know nothing of my wants or needs."
"I may not, but you do." She said, glancing up at him
he raised an eyebrow, keeping quiet
She shrugged and glanced down at her wound, hissing a bit as she removed her hand
he let out a sigh
She sat down on the snow and pressed her hand back against the would, hoping her limited power would heal it
"If you need healing, you are speaking to a witch."
"I'm fine," she growled through the pain, "I already owe you one for saving my life back in town, no need to add to the dept."
"I've already told you, I don't do debt. Try listening."
“I listen. I just don’t believe that you won’t keep to your word.”
"I always keep my word." he muttered, "now, do you need healing or not?"
She pressed her lips together, and narrowed her eyes "fine, do what you must." she puled her hand away and looked away, never having liked the sight of wounds or blood
He knelt down, haphazardly dropping his satchel at his side. He opened and rummaged through it, taking out a few items, one of which was a small vial. He held it out to her, "drink."
She tilted her head curiously at the vial. Taking it from him when he held it out to her, she took a sniff and crinkled her nose a bit. Looking at him suspiciously, she downed the drink and gave the vial back.
"Don't look at me like that, it's not poison. If I wanted you dead then I wouldn't have offered help. It should take off some of the pain" he spoke with a little aggression still, but much less than before. He turned his attention to the regular medical supplies he carried with him.
SHe looked away and apologies softly. "there's nothing stronger?" she asked, watching as he took out the medical supplies "I'm don't do well around..medical procedures."
