Do you guys just want to start this and whoever hasn't made their character can make it whenever and whoever wants to join in later can.
(Ye I'm down)
Okay I'll start, just give me a moment
Maids lined the walls, heads bowed. Each one had to have their outfits perfect and hair in buns. The Queen didn't take lightly to anyone looking too different. The sound of heels were heard as they echoed down the hall. Complete silence from the maids made it even louder for the heels. All the could see was her shoes and the ends of her red dress that was lined with a golden lace. Once at the end of the hall Blair stopped and turned to face all the maids. "Good morning Queen." They all said in unison. Fay stood next to her best friend and giggled slightly. So quiet that only the people next to her could hear. She thought the Queen was a joke. Just a narcissistic narrow minded person. And most of the maids would agree, although no one would say it out loud due to being afraid of losing their jobs. "Ugh." Was the last thing they heard before the sound of a door shut. They all stood up and immediately went to their jobs. "I wish they would let us sleep in sometimes." Fay yawned and stretched.
Ellie nudged her and threw her a look. "Are you trying to get fired?" She asked with her arms crossed.
"That sounds nice." She skipped down the hall, the ends of her dress bounced as she did so. Strands of her blonde hair framed her face her bright blue eyes, looked hopeful that one day the Queen would actually fire her. Though she actually wanted that, Fay knew that would be the end for her, she would die of starvation on the streets. "Kidding, only kidding." A somewhat sad smile crossed her face as she held her hands up. "Let's just get to work."
Ellie nodded in agreement. "Yes, let's," she replied, pausing and looking around. "I'm fairly certain I've asked you this before, but what section are we on today?"
(I'm not really good at large RP's, so give me a heads up when its a good time for Zero to pop in. Sorry in advance.)
Fay looked out the window. She did have to admit, one good thing about working at the palace was the view. "We, my friend," she grabbed Ellie's arm and pulled her close, "Are on the garden." It was her favorite since she could be outside. Plus it was spring, so the weather was perfect. "Let's go!" She put a fist in the air and ran down the halls and out the back doors. As soon as they were outside the breeze hit Fay's face and she breathed in taking in the wonderful smells and fresh air. "By the way, I have lessons today." Awful, the lesson always sucked. Now that the King believed her and that she is his daughter, she expects her to act it and get married to some Prince from another kingdom. "Ellie, we should just run away together."
Ellie gave a little laugh. "Just… leave?" She asked with a head tilt. "That's probably one of the worst ideas ever," she said bluntly. She'd never been one to sugarcoat anything. "I sort of need this job."
"You're right." Fay agreed as she picked the weeds from the garden. Ellie was like an older sister to her. She knew she had an actual older sister, the Princess, but she left before Fay got to even meet her. Deep down though she longed to know her, even though she was angry that she left. She'll come back, and then when she does she'll take me with her next time. Looking over at Ellie, she felt bad for thinking this way, but she still loved her best friend. Ellie's red hair shined in the sun, and her blue eyes were gorgeous. It was a surprise a Prince hadn't come for her yet.

(You'll have to wait for @Rvan because her character needs to meet yours.)
"I know I am," Ellie agreed. "As always," she added with a smirk. She sighed as she pulled a few small weeds. She never purposefully tried to mother her friends, but she couldn't help it. Sometimes, they acted downright stupid, and she just couldn't have any of that.
Fay dropped the weeds in her hand and hugged Ellie tightly. "Can I marry you instead?" Fay was only kidding, but she loved joking with Ellie. That was until the head maid came over, casting a shadow on both the girls. A scowl on her face as she glared down at them. "Fay, Ellie, are you two messing around again?" Fay let go of Ellie and stood straight up. "Ah, no it was just me." Ellie couldn't get in trouble and Fay would just get a beating from the Queen. It wasn't anything new. "I'm going to have to report this to the Queen." Fay just shrugged and went back to work.
Ellie threw Fay a look. "Honestly, do you even want this job? And anyway, I told you you're supposed to blame it on me if you get caught doing something stupid. The queen's going to be furious," she fumed.
"The Queen is always furious and doesn't like me to begin with, so it's nothing new." Fay just waved her off. Most the time Fay was pretty friendly but at times her cold personality can seep through. "I don't want you to get in trouble. You need this job more than I do. Remember I am a Princess." She smiled and did a little curtsey.
Ellie rolled her eyes. "Right, ok then," she said sarcastically, shaking her head. "As if you didn't remind me enough," she berated quietly.
