Soldier S turned to Syzen.
"I'd suggest figuring something out quick; Agents don't like it when characters don't know why they're here."
“The Agents? Who are they anyways?” Syzen calmly asked.
Soldier S turned to Syzen.
"I'd suggest figuring something out quick; Agents don't like it when characters don't know why they're here."
“The Agents? Who are they anyways?” Syzen calmly asked.
The kinder soldier gained a concerned look again.
"You don't know? That's not good…"
The female soldier sighed.
"He's trying to explain that you are literally a character from a story who's found there way to the first dimension. It's here that the stories are written, and the other dimensions are where they take place. Is this making more sense?"
The soldiers with Luna glanced at each other.
"You mean the scythe? Is put away for now, so you don't try and kill us." The soldier on the right smirked as the other soldier said this.
"The Agents are the ones who handle cases like yours. Usually, they just make sure all your Powers are sealed and make sure you don't cause a scene. However… whenever an Author purposefully brings a character here, or if the character tries to find their Author, it's the Agents' jobs to make sure nothing happens," Soldier S explained.
“Right, gotcha’” Syzen replied.
“So… does this mean that if I can find my author, I can get my powers back?”
"Why, am I supposed to know?" She asks in confusion.
Luna glares at them before sighing. “Will i be getting it back?”, she asks while looking at them void of emotion.
Soldier K jumped in at this point.
"In theory. If you did try to find them, though, the Agents would hunt you down." He smirked.
"Well… usually, when a character doesn't know why they're here, it's usually because their Author brought them…" The kinder soldier explained, leaning back.
"If the Agents decide you can." The soldier leaned back smugly.
"Maybe that's the case." She answers, sounding sure of herself.
"I'd pay to what ever God you have that that's not the case." The kinder soldier sighed.
"Why?" She questions, now sounding unsure of herself.
The other soldier answered.
"Because that's illegal. And then you would both get thrown in prison. Of course, they wouldn't know that."
"So, will anyone asks why I was brought here?" She questions, trying to calm herself down.
"Your Agent will. I'd suggest coming up with a story if I were you," the kind soldier said. The other snorted at the word story.
"Story." She states with a chuckle.
The kinder soldier rolled their eyes.
"Ha ha,very funny guys."
"But, how am I going to come up with a story?" She asks, getting a little worried.
"Just say you made a miscalculation with a new gadget or something." The kinder soldier shrugged.
"Stories aren't really my forte. That's why I'm a soldier, and not an agent."
"Alright, I'll say something like: My best friend, Andy, gave me this new gadget, that was supposed to improve my time when getting to a location to save someone. Basically, teleport me there. But, it sent me here by accident and all I want to do is get back to her." She states with confidence. "How does that sound?"
Soldier K jumped in at this point.
"In theory. If you did try to find them, though, the Agents would hunt you down." He smirked.
Syzen blinked rapidly for a second or two.
“Right, good to know”
The female soldier sighed.
"He's trying to explain that you are literally a character from a story who's found there way to the first dimension. It's here that the stories are written, and the other dimensions are where they take place. Is this making more sense?"
“Not one bit,” Ash said. “He’s trying to say that someone wrote my story, and that I’m the character of a book?”
Luna sighs before speaking in a numb tone, “So, do you know why I'm… where ever I am? I have a job to do at my… place…”.
(Bump?)
(Everyone is dead…)
(Is this still going?)
(I'm really, really sorry for the wait guys.)
"It's convincing to me." The kinder soldier with Kassidy shrugged.
"But I'm giving no garuntees."
"Unfortunately, Drama Queen over here is right." Soldier S ignored K's offended look as the vehicle started to slow.
The female soldier nodded.
"Yeah. And because they did, they have control over you. Whenever they think of stuff you would do, or just brainstorm in general, you are no longer in control of yourself. They are."
One of the soldiers smirked.
"No idea. Just don't forget to mention that fact to your agent."
"Fascinating," Ash said with an eye roll. "It's always comforting to know that I can make no decisions of my own."
