Syzen gave them a glare of disbelief. A really aggressive one.
“One, who told you to do that. Number two, define your ‘screw things up’ ‘cause maybe we’ll have different definitions”

"I think not." He moved to the van, disappearing for a moment a he put it inside. Stepping out again, he bent down and hauled Luna up.
The guards with Kassidy conversed quietly for a moment, then fell silent. Something was different.
"Who do you think?" He said, motioning to their uniforms.
"The government decided our world can't afford to be dimensionally aware, so is our job to keep things like you out." The soldier seemed to be working themselves up.
"That's enough," the older soldier said, ribbing their forehead.
"You can't afford a repeat of last time."
Hinata opened her eyes, gasping. One moment, she had been at home with her husband. The next, here, in the middle of what looked like a desert. Trying to move, finds herself bound. Cursing under her breath, she tries to break free. She let out a hiss as whatever is bonding her tightens.

Syzen gave the two soldiers with him a concerned look when they said that people like him were… things to them. He narrowed his eyes.
“You know that referring a person as a thing is not really polite right? Geez, manners people, didn’t they teach you this in primary? Or did the government decided to have a force full of idiots?” He said, mostly mocking them but his voice stated that he was being serious.
Luna examines them looking for any visible weaknesses, when she finds none she sighs, clearly angry. She watches the men with narrowed eyes. “Can I at least deactivate it?.” As she speaks it has clear anger and annoyance in the tone.
The younger soldier gave a curt laugh.
"Oh, feisty. You see here-" he motioned broadly, as if to the entire world, "you aren't a person. You're just a lowly character." He spat the word out.
"I said enough." The older soldier stared at both Syzen and the subordinate.
"Save it for the Agents."
The soldier with Luna scoffed. Ignoring Luna's remark, he dragged her to the van. Her scythe was no where to be seen. He set her down, and both soldiers climbed in. Banging on the wall, the vehicle started to drive away.
Syzen pursed his lips.
“Right… lowly character…” he spoke softly on his own. For some reason, he felt those words hitting home… not his home though.
“Uh… can you tell the driver to speed up? The anticipation is killing me”
The younger soldier seemed to want to give a side remark, but bite their tongue and kept quiet.
"You can wait a few more minutes," the older soldier said.
“Gotcha’” Syzen cleared that to the older soldier. He started to hum softly of what would be an unfamiliar song to the soldiers before her stopped and turned back to them.
“By the way, do you guys have names I could call you by? I don’t like the idea of calling you two Younger Jerk and Older Edgelord…”
(Oh my lord, you just made my day XD)
The older soldier thought for a moment.
"I am Soldier S. He is Soldier K."
(My pleasure XD)
“Okay… great names” Syzen commented, he tapped his chin a bit.
“Can I just call you two S and K? That’s easier for me”
"It doesn't matter anyway." Soldier S looked bored again. Soldier K snickered quietly.
Syzen looked down at his necktie.
“Since we’re already at it, you guys interested to the Zodiac?” He asked, wanting to break the really awkward silence between the men.
Soldier K sneered, turning away from Syzen. Soldier S, on the other hand, spoke up.
"Yes, actually." Soldier K looked shocked for a moment, then sneered again.
“Well, that’s nice to know that you’re interested in something I’m passionate about. If you two haven’t noticed this, my work is associated with Astronomy in so many ways. I even made it a part of me in a way” Syzen glanced down at his Zodiac signs patterned necktie.
"Charming." Soldier S said, eyeing Syzen's tie. Soldier K scowled.
"I thought we weren't supposed to talk to it," he hissed.
“Oh c’mon, I’ve heard from many sources that you humans talk to your pets on a daily basis. It’s basically the same thing, just change from a small little fluffy creature to a humanoid figure that would most likely trap you in Constellation Boxes after he gets his powers back” Syzen rolled his eyes as he smiled at Soldier K.
He then turned to Soldier S and bowed slightly.
“Also, thank you, it was a present I got for completing the first Zodiac Uniform. You wouldn’t know about them, I’m sure”
Luna growls under her breath and starts to examine them but does nothing as she knows she is at a disadvantage. She leans back, closes her eyes, and waits for whats to come.
(Damn, I missed a lot.)
Ashe opened her eyes… and cursed. She was trapped in a strange rope-sort of of thing, and nothing was working. She blinked, but no bright lights appeared. Anywhere. Did this place seriously not have any weak spots?
Soldier K turned away, folding his arms.
"No, I do not know." Soldier S turned to Soldier K.
"And I'm having a much better conversation with it than I could with you."
The ride for Luna is extremely hazardous, so they have to go slowly. The two soldiers are conversing, to quietly for her to hear.
The roar of an engine could be heard in the distance for Ash. When she tried to find the weak spots in material, is hold tightened.
Ash struggled hard. “What… is… wrong… with this thing,” she grunted, pulling at her bonds. She heard a strange noise, like an engine, and tilted her head, confused.
Luna watches them carefully trying to read their lips but isn't able to make out any words. She starts talking to herself in a language unknown to the soldiers.
Rather quickly, an armored vehicle appeared in front of Ash. It pulled to a stop, spraying her with sand.
Eventually, parts of the soldiers' conversation could be heard.
"At least five… highly unusual…"
Blinking the dirt away, Ash scowled and spat some out of her mouth. “Stupid thing,” she muttered.
The back swung open, and two soldiers stepped out. They appeared to be arguing.
"-because you never listen!" The one on the left said.
"Why should we listen to them? They're just characters!" The one on the right retorted. Still bickering, they walked over to Ash, each grabbing an arm and pulling her to the vehicle.
