Maya woke up at dark. She couldnt fall back asleep. She felt like something was watching her. She got a little hungry so she went downstairs to the grocery store for a snack. And she put money on the counter so it wouldnt be like stealing. Still she felt like something was watching her
Elara froze. Someone was moving on the bottom floor!
For a second she thought she saw a shape of a human through the window
Elara dropped to the floor, praying she hadn't been seen.
Baye was absolutely exhausted. He had taken three night-shifts for three different people all in one night. He crumples down literally on his front steps of his house/apartment. He crawls into his house/apartment and pulls himself up on the couch and immediately falls asleep.
His pistol and bullets dig into his side but we was to far gone
"WHOS OUT THERE" shouted Maya. There was silence.
Elara stands up again. This time the person in there saw her. "Oh, crap!" she whispers.
Maya calls 911. She does it quietly so her parents wont notice.
Baye wakes with a jolt to his phone ringing. He drags himself up and picks it up, "Police officer Baye Crown. How can I help you?" He stifles a yawn.
"Excuse me i need a police officer at Wheelers goods"
oh i forgot to add something about maya. she is mikes cousin
(Wait now Im confused… Baye answered the call… Was to 911? or the police office
"Plz hurry" maya tells the police.
Elara slips and falls down. She curses as she clambers back up. The person was on her phone. Elara begins to feel frightened.
Maya takes a step forward,
" are you coming officer?" Maya asks.
Baye writes down the info of the break in from the 911 operator and assures them he is on his way as he leaves.
As the person walks toward her, talking on the phone, the glass windows in front shatter. The person inside shrieks, but Elara turns and runs, wiping her bleeding nose. A drop of blood hits the pavement
Maya screams when she sees the windows shatter.
"OH MY GOSH WHAT HAPPENED" Maya screams.
Baye heard a crash of windows as he runs to the nearby (Building?). He pauses, eyeing it then takes out his pistol and enters, forcing the door open, "Police! Freeze!" He holds up the pistol and a flashlight
"Where did they go!?" Maya asks.
Elara doesn't stop running, even when she sees the police officer. She runs straight into the forest and climbs a tree.
she covers her hand with her mouth.
Baye drops his gun and runs after the being.
