(Ok, thanks!)
Aytigin stared at everything that just happened infront of him and sighed. He decided to take a breather outside before coming back and talking to the others with a much calmer mind.
(No problem lol)
Taking several deep breaths, Cassie went back to join the now smaller, but somewhat older, group. Not that she wanted the company, or anything. She was just bored. "Sorry about that," she mumbled, shaking her head.
His mind was still reeling, an anxious jump now trapped in his form. Stars, anything could really happen, couldn't it? Inhaling, Aquila steeled himself before facing the group. "It's fine. She was rude to me, too, and insulted your parents like a child."
"Thank you," Cassie gasped, relieved. "I don't care if people insult me, but my parents? Stars, that was childish," she rolled her eyes, taking them off her port to study Aquila for a moment. Weird how these adults had produced such attractive children. Except for her, of course.
"Mhm." He stared at his nails, picking for a second. "Childish, indeed." It wasn't like her parents had helped support the collapse of his mother's powerful rule, or anything. Levana had always wanted the best for Luna, and forming a relationship between Kai had been the way to go. Letumosis, too, the entire plan had been brilliant from the start.
Cassie nodded, then sensing he didn't really want to talk to her, returned to her port. Another story about the princess. How riveting.
“I’m sorry. I just blow up sometimes. My mom says it’s the red hair. I didn’t mean to insult the Thornes. But if I try to tell Cassie that she won’t care or won’t believe me.” Alpha glanced at Karina, “Oms. You probably don’t want to hear me talk. I’m so sorry.” Alpha turned away to hide her face, which she guessed was as red as her hair. She watched the locks as they glided through the air like ballet dancers on the windy day.

(I agree. All my friends are single Pringle’s too. My bestie just got over a harsh first breakup and ooooof. That was y i k e s.
Alpha turned back to look at Karina
(sorry! I'm here!!!)
Karina turned her head to look Alpha in the eyes, sighing. She wasn't fully sure what to say. She was supposed to be noble royalty and mature. That wasn't who she was though. Not entirely at least. "It's not me who you need to apologize to," the girl said plainly, now looking up at the sky. Karina shrugged, pursing her lips. "I've never met Cassie before today. Like you. You won't really know until you try?"
“Ok. That makes sense. I’m gonna go apologize. See you after.” Alpha walked inside over to Cassie. Looking at her feet she mumbled, “I’m sorry for being so rude. I shouldn’t have insulted your parents. There’s no excuse for what I said. It was entirely my fault. I’m sorry.” Alpha meant it. Let’s hope Cassie knew.
Cassie looked down for a moment thoughtfully. "Thanks. I appreciate that. Um…" she paused, rubbing the bridge of her nose, "sorry, for… sorry for blowing up on you. I don't like people insulting my parents. But that's… sorry."
“Yeah. How about we at least act like friends so our parents- at least mine- don’t kill us fur not being social. What do you say?” Alpha looked up from her shoes to stare at the light haired girl. “I really like your hair by the way. I wish mine was blonde, or at least brown, like my dad, but I got stuck with this horrid red. Like geez world, what did I ever do to you. Hehe-“ The sunburnt girl decided to stop taking before she embarrassed herself further.
Cassie quirked an eyebrow. "Oh honey. Your hair is amazing. It's unique, you stand out, people notice you. Do you know how many people have blonde hair? It's a lot more than people with red hair. I'm practically invisible. Plus, red hair suits you. Fiery, like your temper," she teased, absentmindedly twirling one of her curls.
Aytigin shrugged "maybe we can head up to my room and act however there?" He offered
“That works with me. What about you Cassie?”Alpha turned to look at the older girl. This might not be so bad after all! She played with her claws. This could work out just fine. Maybe she might enjoy it. Might.
Cassie shrugged. "I honestly don't care either way," she told them flatly, finally turning off her port.
Aytigin smiled "follow me" he said and started walking through the living room and up the stairs.
Cassie nodded, and followed, crossing her arms out of habit. "Your house is so different from mine," she commented quietly.
Aytigin shrugged "I assume it's because my mom didnt want any reminder of her past and simply designed everything as it came to mind. You should know she has a very creative imagination."
Cassie nodded quickly. "So I've heard. A lot, actually," she replied thoughtfully.
“So I’ve heard. My mom speaks quite fondly of Winter. My mom said she used to call your mom crazy. I don’t know about you, but I’m all for crazy. My house is different though. Very small and old fashioned. And very outdoorsy. I guess that’s what you get when you live in a farm.” Alpha played with the zipper of her jacket as she walked.
