(Shipping sounds aight to me. Uh Idk what to do with her rn tho) Scipio smiled softly and pet the cat, scratching behind his ears. "You remind me a bit of Phos, you know. In a good way, of course."
(Okay then, let's just say she went back to reading a book)
Zyra quietly kept reading, letting the conversations around her fade. The book was good so far and she planned on finishing it this year, if she's busy, or maybe today.
Scipio wasn't entirely sure where the train was at this point, but he was fairly sure that they were pretty close to Hogwarts now. (Imma gently push the ship) He noticed that Zyra was reading something and tried to see what it was, but the title was out of his eyesight. "What are you reading?" He asked after deciding he couldn't find out without doing so.
"A History of Magic by Bathilda Bagshot," Zyra answered when she heard Scipio's voice, not even looking up from her book.
"Fascinating… is it good? I believe I was required to get a copy, but I have not had a chance to read it yet."
Melissa could feel someone staring at her, but she didn't look away from the window. She hid her trembling fingers underneath her robes and hoped none of the others noticed. They were talking about books anyway. Like usual, hardly anyone noticed her.
Zyra nodded. "Very," She mumbled, still not looking up. She tended to do that when someone tried to talk to her while she was reading a very good book.
Scipio watched Zyra curiously for a while before he was jerked forward in his seat, the train having stopped. He looked out the window, and sure enough, they had arrived. "I think we are at Hogwarts now. Or at least wherever we are supposed to stop in order to get there." (Scipio can see the Thestrals btw)
(Well, first years go with Hagrid, so…)
Melissa blinked, looking for the first time at the magnificent castle. Her sister had told her about it, but Melissa had never really seen it in person. It was awe-inspiring.
(Yeah)
"Nice place." Scipio said, looking out at the castle. "I think they want us to get off of the train now."
Melissa tore her eyes away and looked outside of their compartment. Bellatrix and Narcissa were alternating between talking and glaring at Melissa. The shy girl shrunk back and shakily felt for her wand beneath her robes. It gave her some comfort, but not much.
“Yeah”
Scipio stood up and waited outside the compartment for the others, taking his wand out again. He seemed a bit tense, but not unhappy to be here.
He got up and stood outside the compartment with Scipio
Melissa shakily got to her feet and followed Scipio's lead, doing her best not to look at the Blacks.
Aza picked her trunk up. It wasn't with the luggage because she trusted none of them.
Zyra quickly stopped reading her book and held it one hand while she lugged her trunk behind her.
Melissa bit her lip as Bellatrix whispered something to Narcissa. She tried to remember what her sister had told her about her first year. Something about Hagrid, the gamekeeper– Her thoughts were interrupted by the chaos that occurred when she stepped off the train. Students were rushing around the platform, and Melissa nearly got swooped up by a loud group of Gryffindors who were arguing with an equally loud group of Ravenclaws.
“Firs’ years over here!” A loud voice boomed, startling Scipio and some other first years. He spotted Hagrid and made his way over.
Melissa heard the voice and managed to make her way over.
"Yer Lydia's little sister, aren'tcha?" Hagrid asked, looking down at her.
"Y-Yes," Melissa stammered shyly.
Aza trailed behind Scipio, not sure exactly where she was going, but she trusted Scipio.
“You are… Hagrid, correct?” Scipio asked the massive man, who smiled and nodded. “Now come on firs’ years. Into the boats! Four people to a boat at the most. Now, go on!” Scipio got into a boat with Zyra, Melissa, and Azalane.
Jackson fallowed scipio on the boat
Zyra got into a boat and sat down, looking around and watching everyone get into a boat with their friends.
