Iidabashi shook his head. It upset him to think that his son really felt that way. He was incredibly angry with Maki for everything that she had done, in all honesty. She had hurt innocent people, and one was left physically and mentally broken as a result, forced to witness the person he cared about get closer and closer to death due to poison.
"Look, she's wrong about that… You're amazing…" he assured him softly. "You're always going to be my son… Just because you're not human doesn't mean you're any less of a person… Really, Kiibo, she's the one who's wrong…"

(yah.. Kinda. I've been in my head all day and I just got done venting to dad. I feel like shit and I've been stressing out really bad about school and other things. I haven't been doing my usual best and I made myself feel like I was lazy but dad said I'm just burning out..)
