Cinthia soon followed suit, though landing a tad more gracefully than Runner had.
The wolf whirled around, teeth bared and eyes aflame. It seemed to crouch over something, as if protecting it.

"Where is she? Where did he take her?" He asked, sounding a lot more aggressive than usual.
(aka badass mode engaged)
The figure watched as the pair jumped did whatever it was they were doing, then simply disappeared. The shadows and darkness around him seemed to swirl for several moments, then die down again. The cloaked male shook his head, turning. Seemed that duo had something else that needed to be taken care of, leaving him with the few others that had been left behind.
His red eye looked over those left behind. His eye landed on the girl who had fallen, who had kept the wendigo in place with whatever magic, it seemed to have been light, but one could never be sure. The cloaked male then looked at the others who were speaking softly to one another.
He couldn't really blame any of them. As they all had randomly crossed paths, complete strangers to one another. Though seemed all were moving and taking separate paths so to speak. No matter…
(Lol)
Cinthia rested a hand on Runner's shoulder. "Easy Tiger."
The wolf calmed at the sound of Cinthia's voice. It stood up straight, revealing a large white fox curled up beneath it. "She is in the heart of this camp. Demitri is down there looking while Rae scouts from above."
"Where's the camp?"
(Can he just go in there and wreck shop? Or are there too many?)
The wolf tossed his head behind it, indicating the other side of the hill. "It is cloaked to hide it from sight. The only reason we know it is here is because Cinthia infiltrated it before."
He frowned, thinking hard. "Cin, got another energy blast in you?"
(He could probably do quite a bit of damage, since he can turn their magic against them. Have him suggest it)
The fox spoke up, albeit quietly. "Cin could soul merge with Wolf."
"Listen, hit me with a blast, then go hover close by. I'mma blow the gates off and cause a huge mess while you use the diversion to grab Tessie, pop a smoke, and get the hell out of Dodge."
Fenris couldn't help the slight smile. "He's a brave one." He turned back to the camp. "But I like were Kiriti is going."
"No, listen. Maybe another one of you if you're up to it. The more they throw at me, the more power I gain. They're gonna go balls to the wall at the first sight of me, which leaves the camp generally unattended. Easy work for two or three of you."
Cinthia shifted uneasily. "They'd expect us to get her, but not a seemingly unimportant human. That'd tell him we have more tricks up our sleeve than we let on." She pressed a finger against the ear piece she had on. "Demitri, Rae, I want you two back here." Then she turned to Runner. "You say the more they throw the harder you hit?"
He nodded, tilting his head slightly.
Her eyes darkened menacingly. "Then mow them down to the roots."
A fire bird screeched from above, landing in a nearby tree. A man appeared from a cloud of darkness next to Cinthia.
"My pleasure." He started running towards the camp, adrenaline and rage fueling him. (He just bout to walk back a few minutes later with Tessie or wat)
(Pretty much. The group doesn't want to get involved, lest they raise awareness, plus the demons are pretty dumb)
(And I have to go soon, so I'm trying to wrap this bit up)
Suddenly, there's a huge BOOM! as a mushroom cloud began to form over where the camp is. Or most likely was.
Demitri whistled, impressed. "Where'd you get him?"
Cinthia snickered. "He's Tess's."
Demitri rolled his eyes. "You don't say."
Two figures could be seen walking in the distance, the taller one helping the other. Pretty soon you could make out the cuts and bruises on Tessie's face and the barely controlled rage on Runner'x.
The group visibly relaxes at the sight of their friend. The fox scrambles up and transformed into a fox-featured girl, who rushes for Tess, healing magic on the ready.
Tess weakly pushed Kiriti away, which didn't deter the healer. "I'm fine people. Been through worse, you know that." She winced when she cast a quick glance at Runner "You didn't need too–"
"Yes. I did." He spoke in quick bursts, his face a deadly shade of red. He had a shallow scratch over his left eye that bled a lot more than it should've. The exposed tattoo on his arm writhed and squirmed with the same rage he was feeling.
