"It very much would." Saber said to no one in particular. He started mumbling to himself about it, every so often arguing with himself

"Oh finally, another girl. Jeez, it really is a mans world out there." Lilith muttered, waving a hello as she pulled out her laptop and logged on.
"Oooh, sounds like a lot of chaos" Hiryur purred, clearly interested. "Chaos is always so fun! All the confusion and the mess, ahh, so exciting!! Isn't that right, V?"
"I prefer my situations clean, but sometimes a little chaos is exciting indeed" the elf answered, with a faint smile as he put away his umbrella.
"Too bad there's always that one person or group that just has to ruin everything." the other continued, suddenly putting on a displeased expression and straightening up. "You guys know what i mean?"
Lilith groaned. "I know what you mean." She rolled her eyes. "They always fuck up at the worst times."
"Or they just can't accept losing. Like Alina." Peran's mouth curled into a grimace. "Always getting in the way, always finding 'heroes' to stop me and Ebony. It's terrible." He shook his head.
"i met this kid like, a while ago, and she was super cute and fun and interesting to talk to, i absolutely love her. She's my second favorite person next to Virion." Hiryur started, crossing his legs and taking the "girl who's about to gossip" pose. "I took her with me this one time to, you know, have a little chat alone - she's super sweet, too bad she can't appreciate my look because she's blind. Anyway, in the end the group she was with come to take her back and they fucking ruined my clothes with paint - fuck knows how long those needed before the stains were removed."
"I thought you said they did it by accident" Virion looked up again, with his arms crossed. "Also, mind the language please. Cussing is bad."
"Sorry, V. Anyway, that's nothing compared to the other thing. Next time i went to see that kid again there was this new red headed dude with a bunch of swords with her, who wouldn't even let me get close to her, not even one bit! He even kicked my ass and nearly killed me!" the man continued, his voice getting higher and more offended the more he spoke. Then he suddenly switched to a whiny tone, like a kid complaining about a bully at school. "I hate that guy so much, he's so mean to me and always ruins my fun huhuhuhu!"
"There, there Hiryur, no need to sob over it." The elf tried soothing him, gently rubbing his back.
"Well, I'm sorry about that," Peran said, waving his hand. A large black armchair appeared next to him. Peran sat down, legs dangling over one arm. "People are the worst."
"He's not even human! He's this thing called, what the name Virion? a demon or some shit. I never understood exactly. And he's all cute and lovable around her but he's such a jerk when i'm around! I just want to have a bit of fun in my life dang it!"
"The guy in question is one of the item daemons my boss created a while ago; somehow that particular sword demon ended up being found by some kids who now have control over it and make it do whatever they want - my boss had tons of trouble because of that." Virion explained calmly, still rubbing Hiryur's back. "I personally found that demon to be quite a fascinating fellow, albeit a little hostile. He's a man of very few words - none at all actually"

((Hiryur's relationship with the demon summed up in one pic))
(Yep. That looks about right)
"Right." Peran nodded. "Curse kids and their habits of finding things they don't understand and then controlling them, making our lives so much harder." He looked at Hiryur. "We have a few things in common, it seems."
Hiryur gestured towards Peran with his hand in a "see? someone gets it" manner. "i'm SO glad i'm not the only one with that problem."
Virion pulled out a chair from under the table and sat down on it, resting his arms on the backrest. "Making our lives harder indeed. I haven't been home in months ever since my boss ordered me to gather up info on those kids. And their route is so random it's a nightmare to keep up with them." he sighed, before looking back at Hiryur. "All this work is making me neglect my poor little snake"
"Kids…" Peran shook his head. "So young and spry, so annoying and rage-inducing." He looked at Virion. "Your job sounds like fun. Chasing after kids…" He trailed off and leaned back on the armrest, staring at the ceiling. "This is why I have monsters. They chase after the kids for me."
"I like getting closer to my targets, even though using someone else to track them down for me surely is easier - luckily for me, Hiryur does just that. Even though he's scared of that red haired sword demon, he still keeps following them." the elf chuckled, ignoring his partner's displeased look. "But like i said, knowing your target is pretty fun. I even had the pleasure of meeting the brother of that lovely little girl he keeps talking about. He's quite a lively child, with high hopes.
"Yes, I suppose." Peran shrugged. "I just don't like people that much, so who needs to know them?" He frowned. "Besides, they're always going 'oh, look, it's Peran/The Shadow King, we have to kill him now!'" He sighed. "And I could just…" He waved his hands in the air, "not care less."
The woman shook her head as she listened to all that was going on around her. She then pulled out what looked like a notebook and a map and started writing things down.
Peran let out a breath and looked around at all the people. His gaze landed on a woman sitting on a chair, writing. "I don't think you've introduced yourself, have you?" He asked, staring at her. "If you have, could you repeat it? I probably wasn't paying attention." He said, grinning.
The woman glanced up from what she was doing. "I would be General Kara, dear," she gave a sickly sweet smile. "And who would you be?"
Cassowary listened the entire time. Finally, they spoke. “I get that. A lot of that.” They didn’t really elaborate too much, but continued to speak. “I also have that group. A variety of them. The cops, the task force, other Suds,” they sat down at last on the ground. “Usually it’s the cops that show themselves, then secondly the Suds, and lastly the task force.”
"The Shadow King, also known as Peran." He sat up and grinned. "Neutral to meet you, General Kara." Peran tilted his head to one side. "Does that mean you have an army or something?"
Kara nodded. "I do indeed. The most dangerous and deadly army you may ever meet. Safe to say that if you make it away from my army, than we had no interest in you. I am one of three Generals in charge of my army. I'm just a bit more in charge of them because I started this army. And what of you? Do you have an army?"
"Yeah," Peran said casually. "Well, not so much as 'an army' as 'a bunch of monsters to do my bidding'." He shrugged. "But it kinda is an army. I just don't have to train anyone, or recruit anyone. My monsters do that themselves." He said, sounding pleased.
Kara smiled. Something was hidden behind it, something that seemed wild and crazy, but was covered by a smile that seemed so innocent and kind. "I had to recruit everyone in my army, because I had to make sure and pick out the strong from the weak. Also I had to find the kids that had nothing left to live for but were still refusing to give in. It's that fighting spirit that I like."
“Armies?” Cassowary stiffened at this, but didn’t explain anything. Although they seemed to relax so quickly that perhaps they hadn’t been alerted at all. “I do not lead anything, although I am apart of a group.”
"I can't relate to any of you. I mostly go solo."Saber said. He was interest though. The thought of having a group intrigued him.
Sundenly there is a quiet yelling noise, it gets louder and a boy lands face first onto the floor. He has pitch black skin as well as hair. White eyes that don't have a pupil. He wears a white formal shirt with rolled up sleeves and slightly unbuttoned at the top with a black vest and dark grey slack.
Tyson perks up his head confused while still laying on the ground
(friend!)
Saber screamed, jumped over the arm of the couch into the far corner of the room.
