“Again?” She laughed slightly. “He seems to do that a lot, doesn’t he?”
“Again?” She laughed slightly. “He seems to do that a lot, doesn’t he?”
"Especially when the baboon is drunk," Levi chimed in, sighing heavily. Lance nodded his agreement.
She laughed.
Meanwhile, outside the building, a figure perched. It laughed slightly. ”They will never see this coming…”
Two of the Chimera triplets frowned in sync, exchanging a look.
(You’re going to love the figure…)
The figure darted down the side of the building, face in shadow.
(Am I now?)
"There's something…" Levi started in Ancient Greek, speaking lowly to Lance. His triplet nodded and darted his eyes around. Friend or foe, neither really knew just yet.
The figure strode in. He was glowing with a bright pink light. “It is I!” The figures said. “Koalemous! Fear me!”
Lance and Levi blinked at the figure, then exchanged a 'wtf is this?' look.
Koalemos seemed disappointed that he hadn’t gotten the reaction. “Don’t you know who I am?”
Levi blinked again. "Oooooooh! Koalemos. Yeah yeah yeah." He shook his head. "The last diety I expected to show up." Lance's lips formed a silent 'oh' as well.
He frowned. “Why aren’t you scared? I can curse you and your family all with…” he thought for a moment. “Acne!”
"Then you'd be cursing the family of the Chimera," Levi pointed out, brows arched. Lance subtly made his way over to Tempest.
Koalemos growled. “Well then, I’ll curse you with… bad luck! No wait, I can’t do that. Um… perfect teeth! Yeah! I’ll curse you and your family with perfect teeth!”
Levi bore his pearly whites–which were a little pointed thanks to being a dragon–in a dazzling smile. He was having too much fun with this minor god.
Koalemos looked pleased with himself. “See, it worked! You should fear me!”
Lance rolled his eyes. "By the gods," he muttered to himself. Levi continued to humor the god.
“Now, where was I?” Koalemos mused. “Oh yes! You should tremble before me and give me all your moldy food!”
"Sorry bud, all out of moldy food. But I can give you half-finished beer bottles," Levi offered.
“Perfect!” The god looked very proud of himself. “Zeus will be very proud of me now!”
Levi and Lance's mood instantly soured at that. The two Chimera brothers glowered at the minor god.
Koalemos didn’t seem to notice the change in the air. “He might make me a general… maybe even his right hand man!”
"We're giving you thirty seconds to leave before we let Nyx deal with you," Levi threatened cooly. Gone was his usual playful demeanor. The Dragon was here.
“But… I’m more powerful than Nyx!” He said pitifully.
"Twenty," Lance warned. "And even Zeus is afraid of angering Nyx." Of course the least suspecting god would be on Zeus's side. The perfect infiltration opportunity. Thankfully–at least, as far as they knew–Koalemos was too dense to keep his trap shut.
(Koalemos is very special. Stop being mean lol)
“Yeah, well… I’m, uh… better than Nyx? And more feared?”
