"The elephant abominations are moving away. And the only way forward right now is through a river, but I, and probably jordie, will have to wait until the rest of you have crossed. One accidental surge could hurt everyone." Eminie said, her eyes still closed.
Titus raised an eyebrow.
"Surge?" He asks, "As in electrical? That makes sense. Come along then-" He herds the children minus Emilie and Jordie towards the river.

Emilie was now holding Jordie, as everyone else was crossing safely first. after a few minutes, emilie followed the rest of the group, giving them time to cross the river first.
Blade broke back into the clearing, unsurprised to see that everyone was gone.
Emilie, hoping the two that were still gone were observant, had left a line of nearly the same color as the grass, as she was walking, to lead the missing members to them.
Blade noticed the trail quickly, cursing and making sure no monsters were following. "Dang it."
it was really faint. monsters who weren't looking for the group wouldn't see it.

Jordie thanks Emilie, mentally. If she was able to control her body, she would've been able to channel the energy into her heart so she wouldn't put electricity into the river. Unfortunately, she didn't have much control…
Dawn was too far away to tell emilie that, but she pulled out a phone as soon as she heard jordie thinking about thanking her. Emilie soon smiled. "Of course. I have the same problem. Don't worry about hurting me, shocking me will make me stronger. I'm a bit worried about shocking you…"
"Thank you, Dawn, for getting the message across." Jordie thinks. "Also, thank you so much…I think we're both equally afraid of our power!"
Dawn smiled, texting emilie. Emilie, being able to see what dawn was typing, smiled. "Dawn says that it's really no problem, she's happy to help. Yeah, i guess we are. i managed to burn down a tree with the excess power from you, so i can see how strong we both are. I'll try to hold you completely above the water, but i'm kinda short, so… at the very least, i promise you won't drown."
((Wb!)) Cole tries to suppress his shivers while wading across the river with everyone else. He keeps getting caught up in his head and with no Andrea to help him snap out of it… Well, he better find a solution sooner rather than later.
His thoughts circle around the naiad's words and her chilling stare. Did they have to physically kill the candlemaker? Stars he hopes not but with the bit about doing it with his own candles…. And why bring the body back to the naiad? What was she going to do with the body? …Did Cole even want to know what she'll do? No. No he doesn't. Getting up on the sandbank and staying with the group is easy. Taming his racing thoughts is not.
(What do y'all think of moving this rp to an entirely new thread? I could make summarize what's happening so far + the characters & then we can keep going.)
