Milly shivered in fear and disgust as she watched the scary lady tear the deer apart. She turned away and tried not to think about it.
(Oh, right. Tiak’s not humanoid, she’s a snake with legs. Like, if you cut off her legs she would just look like a snake.)
"Please, guys? Precious cargo's in there."
The squirrel bit Hinata’s fingers, trying it’s very best to get away, but as a squirrel it was very, very weak.
"Please! I'm serious here." Hinata looked back at the squirrel.
"Was that supposed to hurt?"
"Not really?" Amalis scowled at Cinthia. "That's just part of my job. Can't expect you to understand."
Milly flew to the case and struggled to lift it up, she managed to though, and weakly flew to the girl, “Here!”
The squirrel nodded sadly, then realized it’s mistake. It had just without a doubt revealed its sentience.
Milly glanced at the squirrel, “Hello, little one!” She said, with a sweet smile.
She bristled. "What's that supposed to mean?"
Hinata shook her head.
"I could already tell you were a sentient dude."
The squirrel glared at Milly, and facepalmed with its tiny paw. It looked absolutely adorable.
"Oh my Sweet Jesus that is the cutest thing I have seen in quite some time."
(I feel sorry for this guy. He’s going to have to be a very demeaning animal for most of the character chat, and I’m not talking squirrel.)
The squirrel gave up on escape and shifted into a bright red parrot.
Milly giggled, then looked at the girl holding the squirrel, “Hello! What’s your name?”
"Oh nothing." Amalis smirked, shoving his hands into his pockets. "But you seem a little annoyed, what's wrong, little princess?"
She let a growl slip. "Don't call me that, pektorro."
The squirrel, which was now a parrot, glared at Milly.
“For your information, I’m actually much older than you, not some stupid child.” Imagine it speaking in a ridiculous, normal parrot voice.
"I'm Hinata." Hinata looked at the now red parrot in her hands.
"Well?"
His eyes narrowed, the markings on his face becoming more prominent. "Or what?"
"DID YOU SEE THAT? THE SQUIRREL IS A PARROT!" Arianna stared at the squirrel/parrot. "But, I suppose that is the very least of everything that's happened, I mean, Morty turned into a god." Then Arianna fainted.
Milly looked hurt and looked down, almost dropping the heavy case, “I’m sorry…”
The parrot rolled its eyes, still looking ridiculous.
“I’m Gavrin, Assistent to General Lorrehlyl of the Kingdom of the Brightened Sun.” It puffed out its chest a little as it said this.
"Don't talk down to her like that. How could she have known?"
