Changing 'Prejudice' to 'Beliefs'. I've seen a lot of people getting confused with this one. You could probably even give an example.

I’m not sure how that would make it better. There are already fields for religion and politics, and if faced with a ‘beliefs’ field I would be inclined to put in what my character believes about the world, particularly in a religious sense. Whereas prejudice has a clear definition (preconceived opinion that is not based on reason or actual experience) and these can be helpful when developing a character. Prejudices are a lot like flaws, and so having the Prejudice field right beneath Flaws works well, in my opinion.

A couple of examples might be useful, however, for those who find the word confusing.

I can't find a section to send comments to the people who run the site, so I don't know where else to put this.
My suggestion is for the ability to add more things to sections without making a new page for it. Including premium pages without a subscription. For example, I don't have a subscription but I'd like to add a language to a character file, but there's not space to type one in, only to link an existing page. And ignoring premium, another example. I don't have enough info to create pages for a character's parents but I have their names. But I'm not able to just type in a name, only to link to an existing page.
It's a really cool website, though, and I look forward to using it in the future.

I think that the reason that they have premium pages with a subscription is so that they can make money. They already have SO MANY things for free.

From what I gathered, I think he meant that we should be able to type in sections instead of just linking to a separate thing.

@trynawritehere

It would be nice if we had a tab or area in Religion for listing and linking religious sects to a bigger religion and vice versa

Also if you could group religions by monotheism, polytheism, etc.

@SmoothGardener

I'd love it too if we could divide the images in the gallery pages into sections/groups and decide if we want certain groups of images to show on the header. I want to be able to put my inspiration pictures for whatever thing in their own section of the gallery.

I was just thinking about this today and i agree!
For example: Typing in just a character's parents name instead of creating an entire character page for someone who may not be that important to the story.

This would be extraordinarily helpful!!!

@TinyZombieKat I agree, an app would be great! I would love to be able to work on worldbuilding projects without having my laptop/tablet with me. As it is right now, the site is just too cramped to use on my phone.

Also, having a 'pets' page and a 'species' page would be nice. Right now, we can only link to general creatures as companions on character pages, not specific animal characters (that are not sapient). Also, being able to make specific varieties of creatures and putting them into different classifications would be nice.

Ultimately, having the ability to stack pages in general would be very helpful. There's a little bit of this in the 'groups' page, but having more of that would be awesome.

@ninja_violinist

I'm not sure if this is even remotely plausible, but I'd really enjoy having a space where I could expand on the relationship between two characters. Say I had Character A and her father, Character B. It would be helpful to be able not only to link B to A as "Father" but to also describe the dynamics of their father/daughter relationship, what old grudges or resentments there are, how A views B and how B views A and how this plays out in their interactions. So far I've been doing this in the Notes section as necessary, but when multiple characters are interconnected with each other and I need to classify their relationships, it gets difficult to manage/organise.
Just a suggestion though, I'm perfectly happy with the site as is! Thank you so much!

@halfging3r Chihuahua Mom

@ninja_violinist That would be very nice. Having a space for a character map would be nice, too. Being able to edit the lines to show their connections via color, line weight, dots/dashes, etc. would be awesome.

@Penstorm

Is there a way to have subcategories? So, for example, I have Earth magic but I also have subcategories of it such as the ability to use mud, lava, magnetic, metal… They have to master the main magic (Earth) before attaining a subcategory but on the magic page there is nothing like that. So do I have to create a separate page for each one?

@NobleWolf

I think it would be nice to have a little section that shows who visited a character page and when, like with DeviantArt. Having someone read and like the things you wrote is one of the best feelings in the world, in my opinion.

Same goes for threads, though it's more of a peeve of mine than any actual urgency. Like when you ask a question or ask for feedback, you can see if someone at least read it, even if they don't respond.

@halfging3r Chihuahua Mom

Having a comments section on your pages/world would be great. People could give you feedback without having to create a discussion on it.

@FictionWriter09 group

A family tree would be great, and a option to add relationship events like marriage or engagement details . Also the ability to add whether a character is deceased and a death date.
