Cassie sighed as she took the stage, fixing her headset as she stood before the murmuring crowd of cast and crew. Another day, another show. "Alright people, listen up!" She waited for the crowd to quiet before continuing. "Welcome to the first rehearsal of the season. My name is Cassandra, I'm your stage manager. Call me Cassie. You do your job, I'll do mine and we'll all get along. I've been working in this theater for eight years, if you have any questions they come to me, not the director. He has more important things to do than give you directions. Understood? Fantastic."

Ashlyn stood among the crowd of people "listening" to Cassie she wasn't really paying attention she didn't like to be bossed around although cassie did catch ashlyn's eye by the way the lights around the room made her stand out

Cassie scanned the crowd, noticing one in particular who definitely hadn't heard a word she just said. Her jaw twitched, she hated when people just dismissed her but there was nothing she could do. "Alright, that's all from me. Have fun, don't die and if you do, walk it off." She clapped her hands and walked off stage.

Ashlyn ran a hand through her black hair and started walking I the same direction as Cassie "hey Cassandra right? "

Cassie turned to look at her with a slightly annoyed expression. "I prefer Cassie but yes, that's me. Surprising you know that since it didn't look like you listened to a word I said."

"I have selective hearing. " she said with a smirk as her silver eyes ran down Cassie before holding her hand out "my apologies Cassie, I'm ashlyn people call me ash nice to meet you "

Caddie rolled her brown eyes before shaking Ashlyn's hand. "You're one of the leads, right?"

"Yep, " she was still smirking but it had died down a bit she was looking at Cassie in awe a flash of lust in her eyes disappeared as soon as it showed up and she started smirking again
