Chatoyant

A dreamlike planet, which houses four tribes, ruled by Emperor Theo Aspen Caladiel and his wife, the Empress. The tribes are tasked with protecting and serving the universe and all its nations.

Chatoyant was made when God created it, like everything else ;)

The planet was discovered, and when it was seen to be not only stunning in appearance but rich in resources, it was decided a ruler would be appointed to help dictate and provide for the nations.

Uh, like earth

I don't think there's any magic. There are, however, creatures that do not exist on earth. And elves. Because I said so.

Pretty advanced. Futuristic, but it's not like it's completely changed the world, the people there have a high respect for nature and don't let technology take over, so don't imagine those futuristic cities lol

The four tribes will also be different Nations scattered around the planet. The first will be for protection. They will interfere if a threat ever comes to a planet that it cannot handle. The second will be for providing. They will ensure that no necessary species go extinct, this includes both animals and plants. The third will be for law. They first invented the laws and maintain it, occasionally judging cases proven too hard for certain judges, though that rarely ever happens. Any change or update in the laws must first be taken up with the Emperor. The fourth will be servers. The lowest of the four, these people are tasked with upkeeping their planet, and they are occasionally sent to other planets on random missions that are too small for or that the previous tribes do not deal with, mostly small ones. Each tribe has a leader.
