Lyla was always sort of a troubled child, she always said things that would scare others away. As a child Lyla only had a few friends, among those few was Alice, but we’re not here to talk about her right now. As I was saying Lyla was an odd child, and was never very popular, due to the fact that Lyla scared people. She even scared her own parents sometimes. Other than that they were your standard little family of three. Until something horrible happened… Lyla was only 10 years old when it happened. A horrible fire burned her house and her parents along with it. Lyla was traumatized, being the only one who escaped, the cause of the fire was left a mystery that still puzzles everyone to this day. Lyla doesn’t remember much of the event, nor does she remember her parents. Ever since the fire though Lyla has begun to see things, not from this world. When Lyla returned to class, she was teased now more than ever. The children would laugh and claim that Lyla herself set the fire. Not only that but now everyone thought Lyla was crazy. Lyla could sit in a corner for hours talking to someone no one else could see or hear. A few weeks after the fire Lyla was admitted into a Facility for the insane, and mentally unstable. Our story starts on the day of her release.
