A world in which people take on small traits from different animals of the Chinese zodiac, and has one power.

It is similar to our world, and is like a distant future with better technology. Also, humans/people all carry one trait from one animal of the Chinese zodiac. They also have one power (no multiple powers like DC heroes, more like single powers such as in X-men and boku no hero academia).
The city as the setting is a bit like a "San Fran-Tokyo" kind of place. It's quite the large city that's divided into 3 separate classes; high, middle, and low. The high area is where the rich of the city live, in tall skyscraper buildings and have all the best things. And while crime may be "low" in this part, it's actually happening all behind the scenes because of mafia-like groups that bring in a lot of wealth for the city. The middle area is for the common folk, who live well enough to not be impoverished, but don't make quite enough to be rich. Many are just lowly office workers that work for the rich people. The low area is where the poor live, and those that society deems unworthy. Here, crime rate is high as the police do not bother with this area, unless it's something big. This area is mainly populated with smaller gangs that have a semi-balance in their turf wars. The most powerful police force is known as the Shinetogumi (new zodiac group), comprised of one of each of the animals of the zodiac and are said to be some of the strongest people in the city.

Everyone has one super power

A bit broken since people have supernatural powers (a bit like boku no hero academia but minus the superheroes bit)

At a level with like really good holographic tech and where technology pretty much does everything (but there's no teleportation or time traveling tech)
