Shadow Manipulation
His power manifests itself into a being that is essentially a living shadow, which Cody aptly named Shadow because he was not a very creative child. He calls Shadow a "she" despite having no gender, and can control her through willpower (essentially doesn't need to speak to command her as if she was just an extension of himself). His power thrives in the dark and he can actually see perfectly fine in complete darkness as he can use his power to "see" things. Shadow uses the shadows around them and can manipulate them, able to attack with the shadows, such as making spikes jut out and to stab at opponents. They have physical form, but can change properties to be either solid or more liquid like, able to freely change as needed. His common go to moves are spikes, tendrils, and a shield around himself. However, Shadow is weakened by light that erases the shadows around them. In the lab, he was kept in a very brightly lit room that kept him from freely using his powers. As such, Cody doesn't go outside much during the day and prefers to stay inside a dark room.
