Epyc

At one point Epyc was catching up to Brightwitch and almost became the capitol of Ostrain, but in the years leading up to The Collapse the city began to decline, with the Collapse itself being the sort of final nail in the coffin so to speak as the city fell into ruin. It is now mostly inhabited by various sentient creatures as opposed to humanoids, happy to take over and have a place of their own and unwilling to give it back.
