Governance of the town is shared by a tiny senate of elected representatives and a noble aristocrat, the dwarf lord Arnim. A notable place is The Shrine of Kielik. A stone lantern enshrining the flame of Kielik, Lady of Lies, said to reveal visions to those who leave an offering.
