Elderbourne

Elderbourne is a small city located at the mouth of the Moon-lit Channel. It has a population of approximately 8,800; mostly human, some dwarf and Vaine. It is governed by a council of elders, known as The Court of Ten. A notable place is Ecil's Pewter. A large pewtersmith's workshop, decorated with a collection of curious copper swords.
