Description

The entity inside the tree was finally sealed away after years of causing havoc on the world.

Several wizards, including Paul, and many paladins from the Order of the Watchers were involved in this event. All died save for Paul.

Death of the Queen of the Shadowfell
Description

The Lady Ellarian was slain by one of her own assassins, ushering Alicia into power in her place. The Shadowfell became the Farlands once more, and the Feywilds will never be the same.

Defeat of the Sovereign Galen (and following events)
Description

The Sovereign Galen was defeated by an adventuring party, replaced by a tiefling barbarian named Zaela.

At the same time the Goddess of Arcane Magic sacrificed herself to prevent another end to the world, and her portfolio was handed to Zaela's husband Lymeral in hopes that his immortality alongside hers would end the cycle of Sovereigns going insane over time as their loved ones died.

The Archwizard Paul was also killed some time prior to these events, and after the fall of the Sovereign Galen was replaced by his daughter Heidi.
