One of the user's eyes is replaced with a targeting camera, once the eye determines that the target has entered the line of sight the gun is automatically tuned to aim for the head before it fires.

Snipers use the technology to ensure that every shot hits its target

The entire upper right portion of the body is replaced with technology. Starting with the area below arm, moving up and replacing the entire arm, stopping a little above the user's right eye.

It is built to resemble the replaced body parts, though it is obvious that it is made out of metal and gears and wires show in several places
