Bard College

The Capelli School of Music was founded in the city of Luminus to help any aspiring bards learn their trade. Most people think of bards as musical types, and while playing instruments and singing are arguably the most important aspects the school also teaches dance, acting, and fighting to some degree as well as whatever else potential bards may need in order to go out into the world and earn through the skills they learn at the school.

No admission fee is required as the Light Goddess herself oversees the school's funding on all levels. Enrollment is as simple as demonstrating any already known skills, stating why one wants to be part of the college, and a bit of paperwork. From there students are assigned a dorm room and given a schedule that lists the when and where for certain classes. The dorms are magically insulated from the rest of the school, and students are free to roam the grounds, practice when they want, and attend any classes that suit them. Classes are generally just instruction from professors in certain aspects or specific instruments, and more fluid than normal schools because the students change from week to week. On top of that there's no grades, so many students work other jobs a few days a week to afford food and other expenses and practice or attend classes when not working and don't feel pressured if they can't make it to certain classes or to finish their training in a set amount of time. So long as they are willing to practice and train all are welcome as students to the school.
