Gnome

On average gnomes sit around three feet tall, sometimes getting as tall as four feet. Because of this, and because their bodies are entirely in proportion, adults are often mistaken for human children. Some use this to their advantage, others are irritated by it.

Gnomes have a natural curiosity that goes beyond that of other races. They want to know things, learn things, make things. As such, many make wonderful inventors or throw themselves headlong into learning magic if they have magical talent.
