Shadow Elf

Also known as the shadar-kai, these elves once served the God of Darkness faithfully. As thanks for their service she drew them into her realm where they remained for generations before returning, changed by their time in that space. Most have grey-ash skin, dark hair and dark eyes though especially for those that have come back to the material plane some variation happens.

Many gained powers relating to the darkness and shadows for their time, making them excellent for sneaking and deception and it is a trait that many use to their advantage.
