The Black Host, Fallen Angels

The demons of Saga are the once-angels that rebelled against God and the rest of the Holy Host. After their rebellion was defeated they were either slaughtered or cast into the Inferno, a pit of unrestrained dark power.

Demons rarely tire, and do not require food, water, oxygen, or sleep to sustain themselves. Injuries that would be fatal to other digimon, such as broken necks or severe wounds, have very little - if any - effect on demons.

Despite their enhanced strengths and durability, sources of divine and holy energy have become exceptionally harmful to demons.
