Hope is invisible in the amounts released by 1-1000 people, but it is present as a meta-plane energy exclusive to living things on Earth.

Sufficient amounts can have unique and unpredictable effects on the world.

The waste energy in large enough amounts can be seen, and travel autonomously towards the target of longing if it is a sapient lifeform.

A large enough volume in a short amount of time will have similar effects to Deep Kyei Meditation.
