Branch: The study of enchantment and the transfer of Édda
In a similar vein to alchemy, enchantments are capable of altering the weight, physical appearance, and abilities of any given item. The changes can be as small or as drastic as the user desires, so long as they obey the natural equivalency law.
Item alteration, some glowing and occasional static
a botched enchantment may cause:
- damage to the hands and nerves
- damage to item
- édda blockage
Successful enchantments imbue everyday items with raw power and potential, granting strength to those who lack it or heightening an already powerful person's capabilities. In some cases, such as the case of the Kollygere, it may even turn an ordinary item into a valuable -and vital - resource.
