The Iron Maiden
Fight Club
A seemingly inconspicuous garage behind Namaste Ink & Bikes houses an entire underground complex beneath its floor.
If fighting like hell is in your blood, then you've come to the right place. The Iron Maiden Colosseum has opened it's doors to a select group, lead by Trinity's own Tartarus and is owned by Cerberus. Fighters, brawlers, grapplers, hot-headed wannabes and more - all are welcome to try their fists here. Organized and overseen by the Trinity Crime Family, the fights here are secret and pay extremely well.
The Iron Maiden is considered completely underground and is only for supernatural creatures and Aware Humans. Unaware Humans are not allowed.

The Iron Maiden can be found in a warehouse around the back of Namaste Ink & Bikes - or more accurately, underneath it. The warehouse itself is a nondescript building that acts as a hangar and garage for storage of vehicles that haven't been fully broken down yet, ranging from bikes to cars, and the occasional plane.
The entrance to the Iron Maiden is actually around the back, through what on first glance looks to be a back door into the warehouse branded only by the Trinity Emblem. Only when you step through that door, you step into an alcove that steeply slopes down, flanked by guards in chairs on either side that act as bouncers and protectors. A steep ramp takes you down underground as if a ramp to an underground stadium; and an underground stadium it is.
On first entering, to the left and right are ticket window areas, where attendees to matches go to place their bets and collect their winnings afterwards. From there the space widens into a great, cavernous area: the colosseum itself. But rather than be one large fighting arena, the Iron Maiden is made up of several, much smaller rings designed like modern day boxing rings, surrounded on all sides by both floor and stadium seating to give attendees plenty of viewing room. Some arenas are set up differently than others; for example, some are caged in and warded depending on the kind of matches held within them.
Attendees to the Iron Maiden can come and go between matches as they like, as there are often several going at the same time. Massive display monitors hang from the ceiling at regular intervals, showcasing the matches, advertising battles to come, and displaying the fighting leader board that shows where fighters are ranked against each other during that particular day.
To the right of the entrance past a few arena rings is the 'employee' back area; this is for the fighters and everyone who works for the Iron Maiden. There are lockers room, showers, a massive kitchen area set up in cafeteria style seating with long tables and chairs, private warm up rooms, and the Healing Stations where fighters can go for injuries, treatment, and healing set up like you might find in a typical Sports Center. There are also bunk rooms for the rare times a fighter may need to sleep something off, although the rooms aren't particularly comfortable for long term stay.
Running along the back wall are more, smaller 'employee only' areas - behind these doors are the gyms for fighters to practice, warm up, and spar in unofficial settings even when the Iron Maiden is open for the night and matches are taking place. These gyms are technically open to any friend of the Iron Maiden and Trinity and all are welcome any time of day.
To the left of the entrance past various arena rings are the restrooms and concession areas for the public, as well as the offices for the Iron Maiden. The Iron Maiden Leader and the Hell Hounds all have their own offices, plus there is a large security office for security and surveillance, and then smaller, conference-like rooms for book keeping and inventory records. The Archives are in the far back corner and rarely used.
The entirety of the Iron Maiden facility, starting from the warehouse above it, is extremely warded with the most powerful enchantments and wards a mafia can buy. Once you enter the Iron Maiden, nothing can be detected from outside under any means: no magic, scents, or even heat signatures will escape until you step back out the door. This is so magic can be used inside the colosseum without fear of it leaking into the outside world.
Anyone who works for the Iron Maiden or Trinity directly get free passes to both use the Iron Maiden facilities and participate in tournaments for pay. Simply show the guards at the door your Trinity emblem and they'll let you in without question.
Friendly organizations and other connections to either the Iron Maiden or Trinity can pay to use the facilities for a small membership fee, as if the Iron Maiden were a gym and they were purchasing a gym membership, and can also participate in tournaments for pay as desired.
Everyone else must pay the entrance fee to enter the Iron Maiden and the fees to have their fighters or themselves entered in for tournaments. They are not allowed into the Iron Maiden during 'closed' hours.
Cerberus
The owner/creator of the Iron Maiden, Trinity Overseer for matches and boss of the Trinity Crime Family. Most of what she does is behind the scenes, preferring to allow Tartarus handle the fighters while she runs the family.
Tartarus
The leader of the Iron Maiden. The Hellhounds answer directly to him. He often has a hand in and assists with the Hellhound roles as well.
The Hellhounds
The collective second in command for the Iron Maiden. These individuals all manage different departments of the Iron Maiden and fulfill different roles.
Note: While this role shares a name with the same role in Trinity, the second in command of both groups don't cross over.
Currently there are FIVE Hellhounds in the Iron Maiden:
The Abacus - the Head of Finances for the Iron Maiden. They coordinate with Trinity's Finance Captain in terms of running the colosseum, and handle overseeing all monetary transactions, including handling debts and calculating odds and bets for the bookies.
They are also in charge of contracts and payouts for fighters and Darkspawn, and work with the Serpent to coordinate big ticket matches.
The Bull - the Head of Security for the Iron Maiden, in charge of all the guards and bouncers that handle the colosseum and assist the referees, as well as in charge of the training department for the Iron Maiden's fighters. They keep the fighters and their guards in tip-top shape.
They also work for Trinity as a bodyguard with the code name of "Minotaur".
The Serpent - the Head of Surveillance and the Head of Marketing for the Iron Maiden. The Surveillance head works closely with the Bull to ensure the illegal secret fight club stays secret. They also monitor that unsanctioned fights don't break out and keep the peace between fighters and attendees.
The Marketing head handles all advertisement and distribution for the Maiden. They get asses in seats to make money while keeping the secret illegal fight club secret. They also act as the Maiden's spokesperson and representative when needed alongside Tartarus.
The Physician - easily the most important role in the club: the Head of Health & Safety. They are in charge of the mental and physical health and well being of the fighters in the Maiden, as well as being the Health Director for all the Healers the fight club employs.
The Physician is the one allowed to make the call on whether Gladiator matches can proceed, alongside Tartarus and Cerberus.
All fighters in the Iron Maiden fight under a number system - a number is displayed on the leaderboards rather than any identifying information or codenames, because not everyone who fights is in the mafia and would have one but the fighters still need to remain anonymous.
The Darkspawn - Individuals that have risen to become the Mafia's personal group of fighters, the ones given certain lenience and higher wages (for a price). (Think of them as pro fighters versus the amateurs of walk-ins). To become a Darkspawn, all you need to do is ask and we can work out how to make them fit!
The Fighters - All other fighters in the Iron Maiden. There is no other distinction between fighters besides the honor of being Darkspawn. It doesn't matter your rank or skill, you will be treated as an equal.
Partnerships are also offered between the Iron Maiden and anyone who can be considered allies, associates, or partners to either the Iron Maiden or Trinity.
Fight Like Hell
The Iron Maiden is open for sponsored tournaments from dusk until dawn every night, 7 days a week, except for holidays. The fighters are allowed to fight as often as they would like, but the cast usually rotates depending on what day of the week it is, as some fighters only participate on certain days.
The Iron Maiden is 'shut down' from dawn until dusk, and it is treated like a gym for its members. No one except employees and those who have paid for the privilege can enter the Iron Maiden during those times.
Specialty tournaments - such as between prized Darkspawn, or even fights the Hell Hounds or Tartarus himself participate in - are usually limited to once a week and advertised heavily like you would see with UFC or WWE matches. Most of their money is made on betting and ticket sales for these matches, so they are seen as a Big Deal within the Iron Maiden.
- Do not speak about the activities to anyone not initiated - though newcomers are always invited, they need not know everything
- Respect those in charge
- Respect your opponent
- No weapons, magical, supernatural, or otherwise. This is to test willpower and strength, not abilities.
- No fighting outside of a specified match (though this isn't as heavily controlled, the Iron Maiden would prefer it if their fighters remained in top shape)
- Matches are organized, don't take it personally while in the grounds of the Iron Maiden Colosseum
- Death is prohibited outside of specified Gladiator matches. Guards will step in when the referee calls the match to ensure no one goes too far
Note: The Iron Maiden is strictly for supernatural creatures and aware Humans. Unaware Humans are not allowed inside.
Mortal - Called this for the methods of fighting used, all uses of magic, powers, forms, and abilities are prohibited within the arena. Fighters are free to use every part of their body without being risque, as well as parts of the environment around them - should there be one. This is purely a test of skill on the human body level and anyone who enters the ring will fight as if Human.
Immortal - Fighting arena where all gloves are off and any any all magic, powers, forms, and abilities are allowed to be used. The arena ring is imbued with anti-magic and void null properties so no magic can escape the ring and possibly harm the audience. This is for any supernatural creature who wants to fight to their full potential.
Gladiator - While rare in the modern age, the Gladiator fights are what the Iron Maiden calls death matches. In this case, both fighters have agreed to fight to the death, and no one will step in to stop them if an opponent goes down. The prize money involved for the winner is typically ludicrous and can make the winner (and those who bet on them) wildly wealthy; but the Iron Maiden isn't interested in losing fighters to greed or death wishes and these tournaments are pretty rare.
The Iron Maiden opened its doors to fighters March of 2018.
