Reltalian

Spoken Reltalian features many trills and growl-like sounds. The tone of a word – high, medium, or low – changes its tense.

Written Reltalian features simple lines that are easily scratched out by a Dragon's claws. Tone is indicated by a line written either above, below, or at the side of a character.
