The Caldera

The dormant volcano at the heart of The North Reach

The Caldera, with Central Island and the swath of cliffs to either side, is shaped roughly like the sigil of an eye when viewed from the air.

Historically this distinctive shape is attributed to the events of "Corvus Carves the River" (but realistically, the figure of Corvus and her resultant sigil is more likely influenced by the pre-existing landmass).
