Sasha and Jacob needed more space to work(usually travelling and doing relief work for some of the colonies) and an actual "HQ" to store and create/ work on their projects(kept losing or forgetting information in the past due to external events). Bought a small one story office building. in a couple weeks bought the land around it and the science building next to it and built it up from 12 stories to 30.

Building is about the average height(some what shorter depending on angle of view) of many in the country. Has a helipad(top and 27th floor) and serves as one of the transportation drop-off/pickup points in the city(located levels 5-15)
