The Ambrosia was created by Cera after the Twilight War so Dawnwing Organization Liberators could summon their own pactbeasts to aid them in their endeavors.

Dawnwing Organization cadets ingest the Ambrosia during the Dawnwing Initiation Ceremony in order to summon a pactbeast – or if they already have a pactbeast or Guardian – to swear loyalty to the Dawnwing Organization. When ingested, it fills the user with strength, warmth, and contentment.
