Quantum Psionic Neural Uplink Device

A Qionic Implant originally designed for use by the SEERs through functions allowing for Psionic use. The device was believed to have been disposed through unknown means by its previous owner, heavily modified with components from KERSATZ LLC, a lesser corporation specializing in AGI tech, and installed on the Dissonant Io through an unknown Dissonant affiliated with KERSATZ.
However, the most significant of these changes was a system override of the previous SEER OS with a QLink to the AGI ERRATAS, whom the corporation supposedly neutralized and used as the main AGI component to their Support System Software.
This device enhances contact between Io and the AGI ERRATAS; while she is able to communicate with him even without the implant, the Uplink provided by the device makes contact much smoother between the two.
As per the wishes in the Contract, the excess viral content meant for the SEER that used the implant has been purged from the device, as ERRATAS calculates that he won't need such trivialities in order to have his fun.
Notably, the device is operated by a two-way frequency. This means that Io has some level of agency over the device's control, allowing her to shield parts of her mind via ambient Qionic Resonance.
