Postponement Missive

Shortly before his disappearance, Galvin Barnabas sent word to the Mikal family that he would be an hour late to their meeting. The following was delivered to the Mikal estate around 3:00 pm, 12th Marpenoth (the day of the murder), by a young drow messenger unknown to the Mikals.

Dearest Inhala (House of Mikal),

I regret the late hour of my message, but I must postpone our meeting this afternoon by one hour. If this is agreeable to you, I will arrive at your estate at 5:00pm instead of 4:00pm. If you are not able to wait for that delayed meeting time, and must maintain our previous appointment time, please find me at the following address and I will honor our previously agreed-upon meeting time of 4:00pm:
