Each of the 10 clans has one representative; a Paladin, who is both their senator and general of their clan's army. This Paladin is believed to be the conduit in which their clan deity speaks most directly through. The Paladin represents their homeland and their god in the Partneriaeth. This position is usually inherited from a parent or selectively given to a capable successor. However, this position can also be taken force through ritual combat.

The supreme authority over all clans is the Arch King. The Arch King is Paladin of his clan but also ruler of the entire planet. All Paladins answer to him as he is the speaker for the most powerful god; The God of War. It is possible for the Arch King to not be a Paladin but that hasn't happened for centuries.

Each Paladin also has counselors with them at any given time, these are elected officials from various regions. The amount of advisors depends on how many regions there are. For example, the Paladin of Deimos would have four counselors where as the Paladin of Danu would have ten.

Their ability to speak directly to the Gods and to use their abilities.

The people of each clan can vote out a Paladin, this brings immense shame to the Paladin that falls out of favor.

Paladins cannot get rid of the King with a vote like the people can get rid of them, but they can stop the King with their own votes is the King wishes to do something that displeases the Paladins or endangers their own clan.

Each clan's military looks a little different, the Paladin is the main leader of each clan's armed forces but they all have subordinates of course.

Above the Paladin, the Arch King is the highest ranking military official on the planet. The Arch King, being the speaker for the God of War, also controls the largest military on the planet.

Each clan has their own amount of ships, in total there are around 526 ships on the planet divided between the 10 clans.

Each clan has their own amount of planes, in total there are around 23,000 aircraft on the planet divided between the 10 clans.
