There is no head leaders of the government that control basically everything.
People are free to control their own destiny.

No one can control the whole government so long as every person is allowed to do whatever they want without having to worry about getting killed or violated. Every person is provided ample amounts of money to buy plenty of food and other necessities, as well as a generous amount for things people desire.

Any job you can think of that doesn't involve killing or violating people, stealing or other things harmful to the people, they have it.

No leader of the entire government.
The people are free to forge their own destiny.

Every person should get ample money for the things they need and money for the things they desire.

Different areas have different accents:

In the South they have British accents
In the North, they have African Accent
In the East they have Southern Drawls
In the West, they have Spanish-like accents
In the middle of it all, it's all of the previously mentioned

Don't kill or violate anyone
Don't steal
Don't disrupt the Utopian way.

Immigrants are okay, so long as they follow the laws

Privacy is a right which should not be taken.
