Sacrifices and or offerings. Some times Dreadvia takes pity on said sacrifice and reincarnates them as her servant or Dreadvia's next reincarnation.

Mostly sacrifices but some magics can just be used by chanting her name throughout the spell.

Dreadvia is said to die each millenia taking on a mortal form for 100 years than must move on to the athreal plane.
