Frost Wolves
Canine
The northern cousin of Timber Wolves
Size of a pony when full grown, but has the lean muscles of a wolf.
Frost Wolves have fur all over their body except for a ridge of ice starting at the nape of their neck and running along their spine till it covers the tail.
The most notable feature about frost wolves would be the unique coloring of their fur. You can also see how icicles hang off of their backs starting at the nape of their neck and form a ridge till it reached their tails fully covered.
The average weight of a frost wolf is about 130 pounds. The average height of a frost wolf is about 2 1/2 feet.
Ranges from light blue to gray.
A frost wolf emits a screeching howl that sounds similar to other wolves howls, but is accompanied by the sound of ice crashing as they shake the ridge on their backs as they screech.
Frost wolves are very similar to common wolves and timber wolves. They have the same natural instincts and looks, but their coat is longer and size is bigger. They almost look as though their bones stretched from inside their skin.
