Tam Lyn, a mortal knight in the service of the fae Queen Mab, is a man who once loved and believed that he could be happy. He was betrayed by his best friend and lover, and now suffers from an unending heartbreak. He has made an oath to serve under the Queen's command until one of them dies. Tam is a man who is a warrior and a knight, who is strong and who is fearless. A man with a deadly temper that flares when his friends or family are threatened. Tam is willing to do whatever it takes to protect those that he cares about, but knows that he can never leave the Queen's service.
