Thin, he's not the best friend of the gym, since he's more of a bookworm.
Kurama is a caring person who is willing to help out anyone who needs to be healed. He cares greatly for his adoptive siblings and aided his mother anytime she returned injured.
With a tendency to overwork himself,
Kurama is extremely dedicated to his work, even going so far as to not sleeping for days on end. He has also developed a kind of shell, meaning that even in extremely stressful situations he at least looks calm and collected.
Akira Kuran is a young healer apprentice, he is Ruby Copeland's adoptive son, raised with her husband Angis. Later, Medea Norrington became her adoptive sister. He is a supporting character in Medea's story.
Akira was raised by his father in Blackpool, UK. They settled there after running away from Osaka, Akira's father goal was to keep his child away from his dad's criminalistic life (Akira's grandfather is Higashi Kuran, a notorious mob boss) and start a new life there after his wife died.
Akira later came out as a trans boy and his dad told him that although he didn't exactly understand how being trans works, he'd try to understand.
A few weeks later, his dad passed away and Akira was put on foster care, and a year later, at age twelve, he met and was adopted by Ruby Copeland and Angis the Elf.
Akira grew very interested in medicine and asked his parent Angis for some guidance, Angis always found a way to help the boy ans to feed his curiosity.
He met his new adopted sister Medea not long after he arrived.
