Minds his own business and is independent, but also ultimately lazy and self-absorbed. Relatively socially inept.
When he genuinely cares for someone/something, he obsessively makes sure that they are ok.
Vex is very vengeful and will hold grudges to all ends.
He also restrains from showing weakness, and when he gets close to someone he usually pushes them away and doesn't allow himself to connect emotionally.
He very much believes in the greater good and tries to protect life when he can/allows himself to.
He's very desensitized to death, and this makes him not afraid to kill someone if he deems it necessary or fair retribution.
He's paranoid, reckless, and gets irritated easily with people he doesn't like or doesn't know.
Vex cannot stand people who are chaotic/destructive for their own gain.
A talented Hexabrawller. He's dubbed the pseudonym "Voxel," as a play on his name and his emblem.
Parkour/freerunning, lockpicking.
He writes emails to a friend he lost a long time ago, saving them to a hidden databank on his tablet. He keeps and treasures the emails he still has from his friend and stores them within the same databank on his tablet, with backups stored on a drive hidden within a bracelet he wears at all times.
As a source of income, Vex indulges in scrapping, though only really works as much as he feels like. He uses it to pay for food, as he has a top floor studio apartment that was walled off and forgotten about within an apartment building. He discovered it when a target he was after tried to escape by climbing up the apartment building and entering an unlocked window, which happened to be a window to the secret apartment. Since then, Vex has created an entrance on the roof of the building hidden by A/C units and has furnished it with furniture he's found and claimed, as well as one oversized beanbag that he impulse bought.
In battle, he utilizes a carbon fiber bowstaff and kickboxing training to take down opponents. He's technically a Smoke elemental, but was never taught how to use it and has trouble grasping the basics, though he's trying to learn.
Vex was left to die and was taken in and then subsequently abandoned multiple times in his early years, leading him to have trouble connecting with others and being paranoid.
