Like all Falthrans, Farli prays to a variety of deities as he sees fit. As a seeker, he mostly prays to Joralai the goddess of magic

Healer's Apprentice

Farli was born in the small town of Radvin, where he has lived his entire life. As the oldest (and only) son in his family, Farli has spent a good part of his life shadowing his father, who works as the town's healer.
When Farli was 14 he discovered that he was a seeker. He confided in his father, who told him that this ability ran in their family. Farli was brought to a monastery where he apprenticed under a monk named Malkas who showed him how to use his powers. Farli struggled with using his powers and ended up living at the monastery for three months before he was finally allowed to return home. When he finally did return, he refused to speak about his time spent the monastery.

Farli has some training as a healer's apprentice. He also has some education from when he stayed at a Joralaian monastery where he learned to master his seeking ability.
