Grew up in a tiny rural town in North Carolina surrounded by his single mother, Beatrix, older sister by 10 years, Persephone, and older cousin by 12 years, Cecilia. His mother raised all three after her sister left Cecilia on her doorstep, having the love of her life die from cancer, and having a short, sweet one night stand. Beatrix is a herbalist and had her daughter and niece help her out. Once she realized Forrest's wit and intelligence she put him in extra classes and tried to help into a better future. That's when he applied for the scholarship for Lotus Prep. Beatrix is very selfless and patient. She worked multiple jobs on top of her herbology to support them and get them into more activities or academics.
