He's the second born Tombs kid, and technically supposed to be the next head of the family; however, his father forbid it after he flunked just about every test and challenge his dad sent his way to see if he was ready for it.

He feels awful about it to this day, but Moira helps cheer him up. He also has numerous ways to distract himself from it if you catch my drift.

His power is mind control. All he has to do is look at someone, and he could give them commands once his powers activated, but his power is in a weakened state due to his drug use and probably a little bit of his self pity. Call it performance issues.
