He is one of the dying race of Nocrel, a species who lives underground in Earth and can see a few days into the future. He was kidnapped by M.E.C.H.A., which is also a government lab instead of just a tech manufacturing place. He was on a scouting mission, looking for more clues about if the humans were safe. Out of the ten meant to do so, only four escaped the clutches of M.E.C.H.A. He has four journals, in which documenting the event of each day. Each journal contain 365 pages, so each journal has a year's worth of entries. Two of the journals were from before he was picked up by M.E.C.H.A, and he hid them in a secret place. It is sworn for the Nocrel to not meddle with other's futures, so even though he knew C.B. and Winter Leah would die, he didn't warn them.
