Mostly Garzlan just wants to help those around him. Sometimes this means helping a stranger, other times it's going way out of his way to help a a friend.

He's very non-confrontational, and very passive. As a result, he often caves to people's demands even if he doesn't want to. People often try to take advantage of him because of this, and he often does not realize it until it's too late.

Dreaming

Garzlan is known to be very friendly and kind towards almost everyone. He is difficult to anger, but easy to forgive.

Bow and arrow, although he rarely uses his. He carries it around when he travels for self defense but his archery skills are mediocre at best, as he is self taught.

Carpenter

Garzlan mainly works as a carpenter, but he has also been appointed the Magic Keeper Representative by the King of Forania.

Born in Faralia Garzlan is the oldest of five. His mother is a Magic Keeper, meaning that she was a well known figure throughout Forania. Garzlan lived a fairly normal childhood, but discovered that he had a Dreaming ability which was how he came to know Ravina (his love interest) and later Milo.
When Garzlan was 14, he witnessed the murder of his mother after she was confronted by King Valder and refused to join him. Only a year later, Garzlan's father became very sick and passed away. This left Garzlan to become the main breadwinner of his family. He had lots of help from the other people in his village, but ended up having to put his plans to marry Ravina on hold while he helped his brothers find work.
